Phone doesn't sync with gmail

[Android Central Question]

My gmail account syncs with all my computers and my chromebook but when I read or delete an email from gmail on my computer it doesn't sync to my phone (Galaxy S5).

Sorry for the delay, it's the gmail app.

Open the Gmail app, tap Menu>Settings>your Gmail account>Manage Labels, and look at the label for the emails that you're reading or deleting -- is it set to sync properly?

Thanks B. Diddy, it was set to sync once a day, changed it to Automatic (Push), whatever that is, and will see how it responds.
