Android Central Question
Hi!
My S6 recently took a dive, resulting in a shockwave crack on the left side of the screen and the screen being permanently black. It is alive though, indicated by the LED light working like normal.
I now have an S8 to replace that phone, but I would like to do a smart switch or at the very least extract pictures from the old phone. So I dont need a permanent fix or a stable solution to the black screen - I just need to be able to interract with it to some degree. I would very much like to avoid paying for a new screen and LCD.
Any suggestions how I might achieve this? Could the connector to the LCD be loose, and just need a nudge? Is there anyway I could interract with the phone without a working screen, like with screen sharing and a mouse?
Thanks a plenty for any help!
