How do i remove this unknown ssid that's on my network

There is a person who is unknown who is constantly harnessing me srealing all my gmail passwords and changing my settings everyday

An SSID on your Wifi page just means that the signal is there - like a TV station you don't watch. It's not harassment. You'll see any wifi signal in your area.

As for the passwords and settings being changed, that sounds more like a virus - you don't have an anti-virus app running, you went to a site with viruses or downloaded an app with viruses, and now you have one. You can factory reset your phone and start again, being more careful this time.

I don't think someone is connected to their Network..... Sounds like an SSID is available for connection.

Are you saying that someone is connected to your network or you're just seeing an SSID in your network settings which is just an available Network in your area?
