Why I am not getiing an option to send my apps to SD card?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Micromax Canvas Fire 4g that runs on android 5.1 (Lollipop). I am not getting any option to move any of my apps to SD card. I tried using external apps for this but a message pops up and says "Manufacturer has disabled this feature or the SD card is not inserted." I have a 32gb SD card inserted in my device and even my device is rooted still can't find a way to figure this out....Plz help!
