Flashing red light notification. Back of my phone though.

So, it's not the regular Led light in front of the phone, its in the back.

You know the option to turn on the notification thing where it will flash on the back of the screen? Well I never activated it. I even went to settings > accessibility>Hearing and saw the option was not high lighted. But it's not even the white flash like it would do. It's red. It only happens when I get a message. I noticed it after this new update recently. The update also made the split screen thing a lot more... There? Like I keep accidentally doing it, which I never ever did before. So if anyone have any ideas I'm game. I always thought the notification flash on the back of the phone was annoying
