Syncing in the Car

[Android Central Question]

When I get in the car and start it up, my Galaxy Note 8 starts vibrating and has a screen that says, listening at high volumes can damage hearing. I have to say OK to get rid of it. Then, it goes into a Google Apps screen with a Cancel button and an Accept button. Neither the cancel button or the accept button do anything. I have to go back to the Home Screen. Sometimes this stops my Galaxy Note 8 from syncing into the car. I use Android Auto. How do I get rid of the screen that warns about listening at high levels and how do I get rid of that Google apps screen from coming up?
