I am having Samsung C9 pro and using it maximum time of the day from my office, but my voice does not heard by another side person. But, if my phone's speaker is on during the calls, then voice calls works perfectly. From the same place other Samsung mobiles are working very good, but not mine. Please solve the problem.

Welcome to Android Central! If the other person can hear you on speakerphone or with a wired/Bluetooth headset, then the primary phone mic is either blocked or faulty. Check the mic's opening to make sure it isn't clogged by debris. If it looks clear, then you'll have to bring it to a repair shop to replace the mic.

Remember, the speakerphone typically uses the secondary phone mic, not the primary mic, which is why they can hear you on speakerphone.
