The UI System doesn't respond

[Android Central Question]

After update a new software for my Galaxy Note8 with new update version 8.0, then I have a problem occurred during operate something on the device. Promptly pop up with the message saying that "the UI system is not responding", then the device cannot be used or even switch off.

Anyone in the discussion forum have any idea to fix this problem? Please share us for experience.

Hold the power button in until the phone restarts. If that doesn't fix it, it probably needs to have the firmware reflashed. (I hope you have everything that's important backed up.)
