System UI frequently unresponsive to touch

The touch functions of my Galaxy Tab A 8.0 with S-Pen (2019) running Android 11 are frequently unresponsive for minutes up to an hour. It has gotten so bad I cannot even unlock the device.

The screen is not cracked nor damaged. The functionality can be flawless but becomes terrible a few minutes after system restart. The system storage is not full, the diagnostics return normal, and if the memory is being overloaded I have no way to check.

I have contacted Samsung support but no luck. I'm trying many different forums. If you have any idea why this is, please respond.

Does this also happen in Safe Mode? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/#:~:text=Start Safe mode from the Power menu&text=First, press and hold the,Tap the Safe mode icon.

I have not tried booting into safe mode, that is a good idea. I will update the situation.

You can also try in Samsung members app a diagnostic section to test the screen response
