I want to install two smart plugs o be voice controlled with either the Amazon Echo Dot or the Amazon Echo, However, I do not have a WiFi network installed. I use my Samsung S6 as my internet modem, and have no router, etc.
I want to be able to voice control some of the lights at my house when I come home.
