Welcome to Android Central! I don't have a definitive answer, but I would suggest getting rid of 360 Security altogether. I've seen quite a few complaints here and elsewhere about questionable behavior of the app, and "cleaner" apps are essentially useless (and often counterproductive) on Android devices.
Any suggestions on how to uninstall 360?? I can not uninstall because it has device administrator permissions but when I try to turn that off my settings stop and I get the error "unfortunately settings has stopped" and it closes. Has anyone found a work around to get this bleeping app off an android phone?
