How do you leave a group chat on Honor 8?

[Android Central Question]

I currently own an Honor 8 and it has a different layout than other Android phones; it looks more like an iPhone. Usually when you want to leave a message conversation in Android, there are three dots in the top right hand corner, but I have an icon of two heads. When I tap on it, it only shows the recipients in the conversation. I want to leave the conversation but I do not know how.

What messaging app are you using? Is this on a text or plain messaging? Each app is different, and usually with a group text you need to ask someone to reply to the group and remove you from the recipient list.
