I'm not sure how it happened but my Google Play Store app disabled I'm not sure how to read an able it.

Welcome to the forums. What phone do you have and what version of android is it running? Just in case, go to settings - apps - tap the small down arrow on top - select 'disabled' - search for the app on that list and enable it back.
