Hey, I own a rather unpopular branded phone so I’m not even sure if there’d be much help surrounding it but it’s a Firefly mobile Vision 5X running on Android version 5.0.
I have searched everywhere for what that error screen might be but I’m not sure if it’s even accurate, I just started receiving ‘Unfortunately, DMG has stopped’ error screens out of the blue, I don’t recall doing anything to receive it?? I was just browsing through instagram and I noticed an android symbol flashing on the notifications bar, appearing and disappearing and I didn’t knew what it was so I just restarted my phone to see if it’ll go away but it got worse and that’s where the error screens started showing up, it LITERALLY won’t go away, it pops up every millisecond you finished clicking the ‘OK’ option and because of it I can’t use my phone at all and when I tried to quickly click on various apps, it takes a while to show up, a different app shows up or it doesn’t shows up at all. I have removed and inserted the battery to see if something might happen and I already had it on factory reset and it’s still there.
Might or might not be related?? but I was also using my phone while charging and I have installed apps from different sources.
