B612 doesn't work will

When i recording a video it comes out without voice and my phone say that "failed to play audio"

Welcome to Android Central! What's B612? Is that the phone model number? Who's the manufacturer?

See if the problem happens in Safe Mode as well. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
