Android Central Question

There's a song in my library that has a title in Japanese, but when loaded in Samsung Music it's displayed as a bunch of boxes with X's through them and nonsense characters. This is strange because this song is not the only song in my library with a Japanese title, and song B's title is displayed in the proper Japanese characters just fine. I'm assuming it's a problem with the music file itself, but I've tried editing the mp3tag, the character metadata, pretty much everything and nothing's worked. What can I do to actually get this song to display the right characters in the music app?
