How to access clipboard on samsung tab s 2

Long-press in a text entry field and select Paste. If there is a clipboard manager it may appear in that pop-up menu but otherwise you'll only have a single-item clipboard that will clear after reboot. My Tab S3 does not seem to have a clipboard manager.
