Mobile data connection problems

[Android Central Question]

I've recently upgraded from an s5 to an s9. I'm having issues when leaving Wi-Fi and going onto mobile data. When I leave home on a morning and start browsing via mobile data it's fine, but when I leave work on an evening (after being connected to the work Wi-Fi all day) and try and browse it doesn't work. It says I have signal, but I have to turn mobile data off and on again, then it's fine.

I'm not sure if it's some setting I have overlooked (it's been a big jump from the s5 to the s9 settings/options wise) but it doesn't do it every time I cease using a Wi-Fi connection, if that is the issue at all?

Apart from that issue, I absolutely love the phone. It was worth spending a fortune on

Welcome to Android Central! Are you turning the wi-fi radio off, or leaving it on? Could it be that it's connecting to other wi-fi networks as you're leaving work that aren't as fast?
