I disabled the True caller app from my phone, icon is gone

I disabled True Caller, then my phone icon was gone. I am still able to make calls directly from my contact list, and can accept calls, but without the icon, I don't have the ability to call numbers that aren't in my contacts. How can I get this icon back?
The phone is an android Sky Devices - piece of crap!!

If you open your Application List, you don't have a PHONE app in there? If it just disappeared from your homescreen, Usually you can long-press an empty spot and add a shortcut to the app back, or if it's in your app list (which it should), you can just drag and drop into your homescreen to create it automatically.
