Dialpad not working during calls.

My Samsung C9 Pro dialpad not working during a call. While calling a call center or help desk I can not choose options what they prompt. The input is not registered. Please help. I am sure it's a setting issue. Software is updated.

Open your phone dialer, go to settings, select Ringtones and Keypad tones, ensure Dialing Keypad Tone is toggled on.

It might also be called DTMF tones in the Call Settings menu of the Phone app.
