Blank screen after factory reset.

[Android Central Question]

I tried to open my old Lenovo s60-a.It was not working properly so i did a factory reset.But after doing factory reset i am getting a blank screen with just wallpaper.I am getting notifications from play store,emails etc in notification bar.I am even able to open gmail using the emails in notification bar.But there are no apps not even windows on screen.Just blank screen with wallpaper.Please help.
