Why can’t I get into my phone

[Android Central Question]

Today, I was reading and turned off my phone. When I tried to get back on, the lock screen was shifted to the right and wasn’t responsive. Fingerprint wouldn’t work either. I’ve already tried factory reset and clear partition in recovery. Safe mode doesn’t seem to be working. Touch works in recovery mode. I have the Huawei P10.
I don’t know what I should do.
