Why uptown won’t open on the s9

Uptown has stop working why on s9 I had it before and now it won’t open why

Welcome to Android Central! You mean Uptodown? Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. I'd also be cautious about 3rd party app sources like that one which promise free app downloads. If the apps you're downloading otherwise require payment in mainstream stores like the Play Store, then it's piracy.
