No notifications on Galaxy S5

[Android Central Question]

The notifications for my voicemail does not appear on my Galaxy S5 no longer it did.
I was told to go to the voicemail app and renew the settings. I cannot find the voicemail app on my phone did it somehow get deleted along the way that I did not know about. Very annoying help!

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, are you saying that you previously did receive voicemail notifications, but now don't?

Open the Phone app, then tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure your voicemail inbox is set up correctly for your carrier.

Most phones don't have a voicemail app, unless you're talking about a visual voicemail app (which is often from the carrier).
