Question Surface duo1 to connect it with an external Bluetooth keyboard

I want to connect an external Bluetooth keyboard to my surface duo1, the Bluetooth keyboard bought connected with my Samsung A56 5G phone and also with my PC, by unfortunately it doesn't work with my surface duo1. any idea or experiences with this issue

So, I swicth on the BT Keyboard, and I activate the BT in my surface duo, a number apppers into my surface duo, I enter numbers and I DO enter into the keyboard.

See if there's a way to do a factory reset of the keyboard (check the manual or do a search on the web using the exact brand and model number of the keyboard). Then go through the pairing process again.
