what people will see about me if we chat with whatsapp

if i delete my profile picture, my name and about picture, and just give my phone number to someone with a nickname he can call me, what other information he can see about me? will he be able to find something else about me?

Nothing that is not on your profile. The phone number is your account 'username', so they need that to be able to contact you, and depending on your settings, they can see your profile info (again, whatever you have set up or not set up there) by just having you added to their contact list or only after they've contacted you and you accepted the conversation.

But if you delete your picture and name, then people that have you in their conversation list and contacts, will only see your number
