Incredibly annoying Google ads

[Android Central Question]

I keep getting incredibly invasive Google ads that pop up on my home screen every time I open an app in the middle of a game in the middle of writing a message constantly and I'll close them and it'll pop back up and open it again or it'll go away for a little while and then just keep happening it's all day long and it's infuriating can someone help me fix this? It just pops up a Google symbol shows up then blue thinking dots then an ADD but takes up my whole screen and cuts me off from what I was doing so if I was writing a message when I close the add the screen is there but message is gone or game is lost etc.
