Why have I lost my notifications after the most recent Android Update

I updated my software on Thursday of last year and have now lost the notifications from Outlook and Facebook. Texts and WhatsApp for example seem OK, and on the settings for Outlook and Facebook all is showing as OK to receive the notifications.

Any help much appreciated. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge
