I rooted my cellphone a few times also I formatted it a few times as well, but now, I can't format it, so I tried to reset it on the boot or even in settings nothings happens, it just shutdown, turn on "try to format" but the android guy doesn't appears, it just shut down again and turn on normal, so I installed an app for formatting, in hopes it helps, he uses device admin but now the request for reset done by this app in the security policies of the device tries to reset the cellphone but it can't, and it keep trying and now every time the phone turn on, it just shut down after some time, it just can't be used anymore! What I gonna do now!?
