How do I fix my screen blacking out?

[Android Central Question]

Recently my phone started getting dark around the edges and slowly faces to the center. There are fuzzy likes that go across the screen as well. It also goes black randomly and there is a blue spot on the screen that my friend thinks is dead pixels. I accidentally slammed it in between a car door and I'm pretty sure that's why it isn't working, but I have no clue how to fix it. Any ideas?
