I have this issue that seems the same as described. Somehow, wallpaper or pictures I never wanted was "pushed" onto my phone. These various pictures changed each time I brought my phone out of sleep mode. They appear PRIOR to me being able to access my login screen and used to change each time I woke the phone up. So I'd have to swipe up to remove this unwanted picture, then I can access my login screen, swipe up again and then I am able to enter my PIN. My provider and Alcatel have not been able to help. I've managed to do something where I now only see a single picture but this is incredibly irritating. How do I get rid of these pictures or wallpaper permanently? I have tried various wallpaper options, reset apps to factory, tried various "daydream" options and nothing seems to work. Can someone please help? I'm not a real capable smart phone user....Thank you.
