For the last couple weeks, I've had certain apps take long to load with a refresh symbol that appears in the middle of the screen. Some of them stall for at least 5-10 seconds before loading.

This is not the widely reported problem of having the refresh symbol in the notification bar, it's always in the middle of the screen. Any suggestions on why this is happening on my phone in general? I'm on an S8+ that's fully updated.

    Thanks.
