Android Central Question
hi all,
Updated my firmware today on my at&t galaxy s9. Since the device rebooted the first time it has been in an endless reboot cycle. It shows the blue android update screen and gets to 25% and then resets. I let the battery drain and tried:
1. to reboot into safe mode
2. reboot into recovery mode
I cannot get either of those to work using the instructions on android guy.
Any other thoughts on how I can fix this issue? I cannot even get into recovery to reset. Ideally I would love to get my photos off my phone at least but if all else fails I just want a working phone. I have a local ubreakifix I can bring it to if that is what is needed.
thank you for your help!
