Why did my phone layout change?

[Android Central Question]

I downloaded this app called call flasher and it changed the whole layout of my phone and added random things to everything.. How do I get it to switch back to the regular layout? I already uninstalled the app and it didn't change so please help. It's annoying the crap out of me

Which phone? Where did you get this app - Google Play, Amazon app store, etc.?

You might have to factory-reset your phone to get rid of whatever this app did to it.
