My phone is showing two different times, how do I fix this?

The clock in the right hand corner and the main clock are showing two different times. The one in the corner is an hour off. The date and everything else is right. I've tried restarting and removing the battery, but nothing has fixed it. I went in and tried to manually change the time but it changes both clocks. Any help?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? I assume the clock in the right hand corner is the one in the status bar. Where is the "main clock" you're referring to -- is that a clock widget?
