Chances are, the issue isn't Chrome itself. As far as the porn goes, that's either related to your browsing or apps you're using (especially if pirated). Google isn't in the business of indiscriminately delivering porn to anyone. You'll have to clarify what you mean about adding icons to your page. Do you mean on your phone's home screen or somewhere in Chrome? What are these icons for? You'll need to register a free account here to reply, but it'll help us help you.
Depending on what is going on, it's unlikely deleting Chrome will fix it. If you want to test it, go into your app manager and find Chrome. Select it and select the Disable option in the next screen. It'll uninstall any Chrome updates and completely stop it from running. Chrome also does double duty in current versions of Android and disabling it may cause other apps to stop working correctly. So once disabled, go back to the app manager list and then to the menu and select to view system apps. Now scroll through and find the System Webview app. Select it and then select to enable it (System Webview can not be enabled while Chrome is enabled). Finally, go to the Play store and update System Webview if an update is available.
