App copied to phone cannot find it on phone

I know the app has transferred but where is it

How was is copied? In order for it to be "seen" as an app it actually has to be installed.

You copy the .apk file (if you don't have the .apk for the app, use Apk Extractor to create it) from the phone the app is on to the phone you want the app on, then find the .apk file in a file manager and tap it. It should bring up the installer by default, and that will install the app.
