Android Central Question

I want to organise my photo's in albums created by me.

Since it's not possible to open earlier created albums in google photo's I started using A+ gallery. I'm very happy with how this app works. However I'm unable to find the albums I've created when I connect my oneplus 5t with my computer.

Or maybe there is another way to backup the albums in a cloud so I can acces them from my computer. No not google drive or google phot's as this does not copy the albums I've made over te years.

"Albums" are the folder name the picture files are in, so if you have picture files in /DCIM/Camera/Christmas/2017, the album name is 2017. It makes it a bit difficult if you have folders of the same name in folders of different names, like a 2017 folder in Christmas, a 2017 folder in Thanksgiving, etc. The albums are all 2017, but the folders are all in different places.

If you enable Google sync, it should sync any pictures on the phone that aren't at Google Photos. You can also manually copy them all to Drive (just copy everything in /DCIM). I don't think there's an app that will sync all your pictures to OneDrive, Mega or any other cloud account - you'd have to back them up manually.
