Samsung battery icon with a circle in it.

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 7.0 inch tablet, and the device will not turn on, when I plug it in, it gives me a battery symbol with a circle in the center. I try to start in recovery mode, it gets stuck on the "post" screen. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! What color is the battery icon? Is there a line through it, or is the battery itself only an outline, rather than a solid icon?
