Why is my app gallery not opening

Android Central Question

When I try to view my app gallery it keeps on giving me the message of unable to log into the server am using a Huawei psmart

Welcome to Android Central! Is this the stock Gallery app, or the Google Photos app? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?
