Alcatel 5044R -App Suppression

This is an Android 7.0 phone. Installed TextFree as the phone app of choice. AT&T Go Phone came installed. When launching TextFree the GoPhone app often presents itself over the TextFree app so that it cannot get manual input. Writing to inquire if there is a way to eliminate GoPhone or suppress it. Guidance sought.

See if you can find the GoPhone app in Settings>Apps, and if you can Disable it there.
