I continuously ( like every few minutes) receive notifications from my Samsung internet. Why is this happening? How do I make it stop?!

It may be because of some site that you visited. You could try clearing your browser cache. I don’t like the thought of doing that myself, because it’s my cache...although in fact I’ve never needed to. But you may feel differently.
