Why are my pictures on my s9 coming out blurry?

[Android Central Question]

Ok so everyone's obsessed with this new camera and for outside shots with great lighting I guess it works but inside my pictures look blurry and almost like a "paint" filter had been put on it. All my friends say I'm crazy, I've fixed the tracking auto focus, sports mode, and using the shutter but this camera will NOT capture detailed beautiful photos of my fur babies probably going to switch back to iPhone if I can't figure it out. Can anyone help??

If you're talking about fast-moving cats or dogs, please see my answer at https://forums.androidcentral.com/ask-question/930821-blurry-photos-my-children.html#post6425206. Children of animals, it makes no difference - if they're moving, you need a fast shutter, and in a cellphone that means a lot of light or a high ISO.
