How can I stop phone calls interrupting a Skype call?

I am often called on Skype by my Mother on my Android phone. If I receive a normal phone call during that time the Skype call is interrupted. I do not want this to happen.

I realise I could forward the Skype call automatically to the cell phone, but this changes the Caller ID which is an issue.

The incoming phone call would ideally sent to voicemail, but I can live with it simply not connecting.

I did think about using something like Macrodroid, but inspiration is currently failing me.

All thoughts, ideas and suggestions welcome.
