I have an apps that runs and supported until Android 8.0. But I have a new phone with Android version 9.0. And when I try running the apps it keeps crashing. Is there a way to run the app without downgrading my Android to 8.0?

Downgrading to android 8 is not an option for you since you are on a new phone.

    Which apps are causing problems?
Have you emailed the developers? (See the Play Store pages for their email addresses.)

I did emailed them. The apps is only supported through Android 8. Any way to use the apps, such as Windows software? Last time I can older software from Windows 7 on my Windows 10.

Welcome to Android Central! On that device, no, you have to wait for the developers to support Pie. If you use an Android emulator on your Windows PC running Oreo, then yes it might possible.

Ok thanks for the reply everyone. I guessed I wait for the developers to update the apps.
