The app is "weather Forecast Version 1.5.06.1" and has no disable button nor does it have an "uninstall" button. It has also replaced my home screen with a screen shot . The app displays a "settings" icon which takes the user to the settings for the app itself.
Even when I get to the system settings and to the application manager the "disable" button is greyed out and the force stop, which is NOT greyed out, doesn't force a stop.
