    I keep getting "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly."
    I deleted my account and it sync'd for a little while then stopped again. It is my work account so I really need to it work

    Is the server the same as the one that is syncing? If so, that would be a problem.

    If it's an account on a work server, talk to your administrator. (And if it's an Exchange server - commonly called Outlook - that's normal. Even the Microsoft Outlook email app can't keep up with Exchange's changes.)
