Not able to download

[Android Central Question]

I am not able to download some screensavers on my T-Mobile Samsung S8 Edge. I am getting the error of the show buttons. The fix does not work as my show button is greyed out and cannot be changed off or on. It is on the off button but I'm still unable to download some screensavers
