I've noticed this issue but only since the latest OS update. (One UI version 1.0 android 9.0 Three network) I'm not sure if it's a software or just by coincidence a network issue.
I've tested this fault by calling my handset from my landline and another mobile. I've noticed that the calling phone will ring anywhere between 4 - 6 cycles before my handset even lights up. The problem seems to be even worse if it's been sitting in standby with screen off for more than an hour, under these circumstances it can be on occasion as many as 8 ring cycles.
I'm missing loads of calls as I am on the maximum ring duration that I can have and am in effect losing around 20 seconds of that in dead ringtone. Has anyone else encountered this really annoying problem?
