Mobile Data OFF but using mobile data?

[Android Central Question]

i'm using bsnl 4g sim on oneplus 6t i have problem for mobile data....actually wat happen last week i change 3g sim to 4g sim for bsnl...my mobile data will be off postion ..but my data will automatically reduce every 15 to 30min they will show message in homescreen and particularly 1.81kb only reduced and so i change to other mobile tat message will not shown...anyone know abt this problem pls help me

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but it’s normal for there to be some mobile data usage, even switched off, such as from carrier pings.
